Johnney Josefchuk

I grew up in the Chicago area and then spent a year of service with AmeriCorps NCCC in the Southeastern US, including time as an educator in New Orleans classrooms. I came to Flagstaff, AZ to attend Northern Arizona University and received my undergrad degree in education while also working as a small business consultant.

I’ve been based in Flagstaff since 2001. My wife and I have a son in middle school, two sweet cats, and an adventure dog named Maxine. Outside of the office, I spend most of my time hiking, paddling, biking and overlanding the wild spaces across the western US with friends and family.

I genuinely love getting to know my customers on a personal and professional level; clients and candidates alike. The education space is a fast-paced industry that fuels some of the most exciting conversations. I enjoy hearing the passion in a person's voice when they tell me their story and how they are striving to make a difference.  Connecting fantastic people with amazing organizations is a truly rewarding responsibility that is exciting every single day!
